Refund Policy

Vishwam Ayurveda promises to provide exceptional care and services to you. We try to do all refund requests in a transparent way and also fair, with a clear process for our valued clients. Our policy is given below and is meant to deal with pre-paid services and products ‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌purchases.

1. Eligible Items:

Herbal Products/Medicines: A product may be refunded only when it is returned unopened, unused, and in the original, undamaged packaging within the specified time ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌limit.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are the ones that are strictly non-refundable:

No refund policy for treatment and wellness package: All treatment and wellness package purchases are strictly non-refundable. Under rare and documented circumstances where participating in the specific Panchkarma treatment becomes impossible, such as in the event of death, severe accident, permanent relocation, or other significant medical contraindications, the package may be converted into a comparable Wellness package. Alternatively, the package may be transferred to a designated friend or family member for their use. However, please be advised that under no circumstances will a monetary refund be provided.

Opened or Used Products

Medicines, oils, supplements, or any herbal products that have been opened, tampered with, or used for any duration are strictly non-refundable.

Customized or Personalized Preparations

Any medicine, oil, or treatment preparation that was specially formulated or customized for an individual client is non-refundable.

Consultation Fees

The fee for the initial consultation or the follow-up consultation with our Ayurvedic doctors is non-refundable.

Digital Content

Any payments made toward digital downloads, e-books, or online course materials are non-refundable.

3. Time-Frame for Refund Requests

Any refund request should be communicated in writing and be made within 7 days counting from the very first day the products were purchased or the initial payment was made for products. If the request comes after that 7-day period, the requests will only be considered individually and may be affected with an administrative charge or ‍ ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌rejection.

4. Rescheduling and Transfer of Unused Sessions

We know that situations might be different later. For that reason, we offer freedom for the sessions which have not been used:
Rescheduling: In case a prepaid session has not been used, it can be rescheduled if the client provides at least 24 hours of notice. If the session is canceled and the notice is less than 24 hours, the session may be considered as used and therefore non-refundable.
Transfer: The value in money of the sessions that have been prepaid but not used can be given to another person (a family member or a friend) just once with the written permission from Vishwam Ayurveda clinic ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌management.

5. Payment Refund Mode and Processing Period

Refund Mode: Refunds that are approved will be returned to the original method of payment used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, bank transfer) only. There is no provision for refunds to a different name, card, or account.

Processing Duration: The period for handling a refund is usually between 7 working days from the moment a refund request is approved. It is important to know that the waiting time for the money to be available in your account depends on your bank or payment ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌provider.

6. Conditions for Declining a Refund

Vishwam Ayurveda will refuse to refund a request that is made under the following conditions:
Medical Compliance Issues: If a client decides to stop a doctor’s prescribed treatment plan due to their own non-compliance with the doctor’s recommendations, dietary advice, and lifestyle changes necessary for the success of the treatment.
Policy Violation: Trying to return an opened or used product that is non-refundable without the intention of accepting the ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌refund.
